As Director of Branded Video Content Ryan Beickert manages the clients and creative for branded videos at Mic. Incorporating the brands strategy and insights along with collaboration from cross agencies in addition to internal creative resources, he is tasked to make an entertaining and polished final piece. 

A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, Ryan started his career as an editor, working for clients such as BBC, A&E, Food Network, Google and Fuse. As a producer / director, Ryan combines a specialty in post-production with an expertise in producing and directing, resulting in a clear understanding of what is necessary in production and post-production to create a polished finished product. 

Ryan uses his experience in video production and his expertise in branding, to create truly engaging stories for his clients. He acquired a Masters in Branding through the graduate program at School of Visual Arts. A program led by Debbie Millman an American writer, educator, artist, and designer who is perhaps best known as the host of the Design Observer podcast "Design Matters".
